**We're in training facility, the floor covered with blue mats. Several pairs of sparring partners square off while others look on.
**A man holding a microphone begins speaking with a British accent.
Interviewer: "Hello, and welcome to Manchester Wrestling Academy in Lancashire, England. You can see behind me, many trainees learning and practicing various wrestling techniques. Among them is the new number one contender for the OG-FPD Joshi Division Title, Haley Cannon."
**The camera pans right and zooms in on one pair of wrestlers, both in Jiu-Jitsu uniforms. A strongly built man is in the guard of a red haired woman, whose face is not visible. The man is strong and begins to lift the woman off the ground. He gets to his feet, but the woman remains attached to his upper body. Suddenly, she uncoils her frame and the man is tapping her leg even while on his feet, his arm clearly stretched to its limit in the woman's armbar. She releases the submission, gets to her feet and approaches the camera.
Interviewer: "Ms. Cannon, congratulations on your impressive victory at Darkness Falls."
Haley (smiling): "Thank you very much."
Interviewer: "Your match against Kaori Night was simply phenomenal, and an outstanding performance in your debut. Your skills were also very well demonstrated in the 3 on 3 tag team match, despite the loss. Do you have any comments on either contest?"
Haley: "Thank you again for your kind words. My match against Ms. Night was one of the most challenging contests I've ever undertaken. The intensity and competitive atmosphere of OG-FPD has not disappointed me in the slightest. My skills were tested and I had a lot of fun. And to Ms. Night I say, my compliments. You managed to make me break a sweat. As for the tag match... if you noticed, any time I was in the ring, my team was making progress. I think my team suffered from a "weak link", if you take my meaning, and would have benefitted by taggine me in more often. But it was still great to be in the ring with such fine competitors, one of which I was particularly thrilled to compete against, Ms. Ryder. There is a woman I can respect. She has proven herself in the ring and out, kept cool during all of Holly's verbal thrashings and even had the benevolence to pass her very bright torch to Dizzy. (Haley looks directly at the camera with a slight grin). Some day, Jo Ryder..."
Interviewer: "Speaking of Dizzy, you are now faced with challenging her for the OG-FPD Joshi Championship. She is undefeated in Joshi action so far and has truly shown that she is deserving of that title. Do you think you have what it takes to be the one to finally dethrone Ms. Cavuto?"
Haley: "The first thing I want to say about Dizzy is that she has demonstrated everything that I would expect in a champion: hard work, dedication, skill, tenacity and the ability to come out on top even while under tremendous pressure. But Dizzy has something else that is in her favor: her attitude. That optimism, that confidence, and a total enjoyment of the sport. It's even infectuous. I couldn't help but to smile when I saw her last interview. She makes me want to be champion.
And I take that seriously. As such, I am taking Dizzy very seriously. She may be a little quirky and... well.. dizzy at times, but mark my words: she should be taken seriously. There is a reason she has held the Joshi title for months.
Dizzy, I said before that you have perservered under pressure. When we face off in the squared circle, the pressure will be on. Show me what you've got. Show me why you're champion. Take me to my limits, because that's where I like to be. When I'm there, I find out who I really am and what I'm really made of."
Haley (looking at the interviewer): "Do I have what it takes to win? Yes, I do, and I'm bringing it with me when I face off against Dizzy for the OG-FPD Joshi Championship."
Interviewer: "You seem very confident, Ms. Cannon. It should be a spectacular contest, indeed. We look forward to your performance. Do you have any final comments?"
Haley (wiping her brow with a towel): "I do. You have now seen me compete in the OG-FPD ring. You have seen what Lancashire Catch is capable of. This is the rebirth of the British wrestling spirit."
**Haley returns to her sparring partner and they begin practicing takedowns.
Interviewer: "Well there you have it. A confident, respectful and patriotic Haley Cannon, the pride of Lancashire."
