Sunday, September 18, 2011 – English and Opinions
Friends, fans, and the curious, welcome to my “blog”.
This is the first of what is to be a sanctuary for my private thoughts made (partially) public for those who are interested in my experiences and opinions. There has been much delay to its start, but that is mostly due to pride. Spoken English is different, but written English is a disaster and a half to learn, let alone use effectively and I was not content to serve as a joke to myself and others with “Engrish”. Tsuda-sama and Gibson-san have been very courteous and patient with me and my so-called “perfectionist” ways, and have spent so many months with me as I fought to understand and apply this damned language. I still make mistakes, and that displeases me greatly.
I have not been that busy as of late, but I wish for this to change. Miss Jean Carter, if you are reading this, I would like to thank you for allowing me to participate in your organization and affording me the honor to face such a strong opponent as Wongirland (Admission: I swore a great many times learning how to say that name.), but I ask of you to give her and I another chance to meet in competition in the preferably near future. She was impressive in every way and pushed me to my limits, but her heart seemed heavy during our contest. As someone who has had that loss, it is easy to see it stained on the face of another; one who has lost someone dear to them so recently.
I had not known who I was to face prior, and the courage and strength that Wongirland showed was very inspiring and brought out the best in me, but I wish to remove doubt that I was deserving of the victory by facing Wongirland again now that more time has passed and her heart has had time to mend from her loss. By no means am I demanding, Miss Carter, but expressing my optimistic desire.
As for my fans, my time in OG-Joshi has been short but what I’ve noticed has been interesting. There are so many fascinating women that I have seen here. Miss Molly Cule is a woman of such impressive intellect, is quite humorous as well as deceptively fierce; there is much to learn from her. Miss Asako Matsuki comes off as little more than thuggish yakuza; I’ve been around her type before as they were common around Mother’s company, but it is still unsettling. Ruby Moreno lacks any sense of honor and has been corrupted by arrogance and vanity to a disturbing degree, but her skill is undeniable. Rose Moreno speaks softly with a calm strength that all should strive to possess, and it is that which makes her such a desirable opponent. Visper Karr is nothing short of a delight. Tsuda-sama and I have been watching her matches and I desire nothing more than to eventually become a worthy opponent for her, to get to her level.
OG-Joshi has so many talented wrestlers, whether their personalities are positive and idyllic or negative and marred by cruelty and cowardice, they all appear to be the finest competitors in the ring and I eagerly await testing myself in competition against as many as I can.
Thank you, dearest reader, for your time and interest.
