Your help is needed in gathering information about Firefly. She is a high level security threat, considered to be highly dangerous and hostile towards anyone and everyone she encounters. Should you see her, or can provide any information that may shed light on her identity, please contact us using the information provided at the bottom of this page. The following information is all that we have been able to gather about Firefly, and this page will be updated as we gather more information.
History/Personality:
Little is known about Firefly; applying in 2009, OG-Joshi trainers and talent scouts, among them (then) General Celes Chere, were all impressed with her surprising agility, resilience and high-flying abilities. The trainers did note that Firefly's conditioning and stamina could be improved. When questioned about her lifestyle, Firefly admitted that she lived an incredibly unhealthy lifestyle, having a preference to unhealthier foods (primary soda and candy), coupled with a malnourishment (Firefly attributed her malnourishment to "scrounging and taking whatever [she] can get." Discussions with Firefly revealed little about her personality; she was very withdrawn, expressing "Only a desire to leave everything in the ring, as well as a disdain of Holly" (source: OG-Joshi trainer notes, August 2009). Sensing nothing out of the ordinary in regards to Firefly's dislike of Holly (reportedly common in the locker room at the time), and despite Firefly's poor conditioning, Celes decided to sign her to a contract. The former General described Firefly as showing "A highly impressive capability in the ring, not showing awkwardness that is common among rookies" (source: trainer notes, August 2009).
Because of tensions running high between Celes, Holly, and Geese, coupled with the reduced frequency in OG-Joshi programming, some roster members were lost in the shuffle, and Firefly was one of them. Celes felt that the limited exposure helped Firefly in a way, letting the rookie "acquaint herself with the atmosphere and expectations that come with competing in a major wrestling promotion" (source: trainer notes). When Firefly did compete however, she continued to impress Celes as well as other trainers. Despite this, Firefly was still booked sparingly.

As issues between Celes and Holly/Geese began coming to a head, OG-Joshi's production offices received a now infamous video on November 10, 2010. In the video, Firefly outlined her goals and a list of enemies that included Holly, the Royale Deities, and Holly's associates Sandy Morton and Linda Parker. This video caught the attention of current head of OG-Joshi Coach Jean Carter. Because of the sudden and strong hostility Firefly had shown towards Carter, the rookie is now considered a high level security threat on the same level as Judy Bones or Nicole Dramsei. Ever since, Firefly has shown a drastically different behavior both in the ring as well as out; in recent matches, Firefly has been far more aggressive than ever and used many underhanded maneuvers to gain the victory.
Because Firefly has revealed so little about herself (and Genji Security found that she signed her OG-Joshi contract under what turned out to be an alias), and because she always wears a mask, her identity is completely unknown. She is suspected to be homeless, given the fact that her ring gear appears to consist of her mask, a torn black top, what appears to be some form of erotic clothing underneath, and what may have been the bottom half and gloves of a previous costume. This is all that is known about Firefly. Whether she wants to cause harm to the promotion on the whole or only to specific wrestlers remains unknown, but both possibilities are being considered.
Titles Held/Other honors: Azteca Pro Twin Joshi Tag Team Championships (with Hattori Muta and Firefly)
