Injury: Concussions, lacerations and loss of blood
Occurring on: 12/14/2010 (OG-FPD Ragnarok: Night 2)
Perpetrators: Unknown
Return date: Holly is currently comatose and any return is unforeseeable.
Long term effects: Continued coma, headaches, dizziness, mental trauma.


- Nicole Dramesi
Injury: Syringe-induced loss of consciousness and abduction.
Occurring on: 12/13/2010 (OG-FPD Ragnarok: Night 1)
Perpetrators: Kyle Walker, Orochi Geese, Genji Security
Return date: Nicole was abducted by the perpetrators and her whereabouts and status is unknown.
Long term effects: Unknown.


- Haley Cannon
Injury: Concussion, broken nose, sprained neck
Occurring on: 12/13/2010 (OG-FPD Ragnarok: Night 1)
Perpetrators: Alicia Gordon
Return date: Spring 2011
Long term effects: Headaches, dizziness.


- Alicia Gordon
Injury: Twisted knee
Occurring on: 12/13/2010 (OG-FPD Ragnarok: Night 1)
Perpetrators: Haley Cannon
Return date: March, if taken off suspension.
Long term effects: Inability to put full weight on leg for 6 months.


- Lana
Injury: Concussion, sprained neck
Occurring on: 9/2/2010 (Illumination PPV)
Perpetrators: Narai Kaeo
Return date: Spring 2011
Long term effects: Headaches, dizziness.


- Azumi Oonishi
Injury: Broken back, concussion, and multiple bruises.
Occurring on: 8/26/2009 (Renaissance PPV)
Perpetrators: Nicole Dramesi
Return date: Unknown but her rehabilitation is going well.
Long term effects: Difficulty getting back to her top speed and lifting abilities.


- Diane "Dizzy" Cavuto
Injury: Paralysis of the neck and back.
Occurring on: 2/16/2008 (OG-FPD 4 Year Anniversary PPV)
Perpetrators: Holly, Juli Krieger, Sandy Morton
Return date: Wrestling career is over.
Long term effects: Questionable ability to ever again walk on own power.
