I like Team Fortress 2.
And, hey! I've got a three day free pass for anybody else curious about playing it on their porno box computer.
First person to post here asking for it; gets it: note that you'll need a high speed internet connection and probably a decently up to date ish computer to play.

That's very generous of you I'll wait for someone else to claim it as my computer is painfully out of date with no real graphics card (as its a lappy) and I'm not that into the specific genre. But I'm sure someone else will jump on it like its a fresh-baked apple pie cooling on your first floor kitchen windowsill and they are a hungry cartoon animal ;D

I have Team Fortress II, since I bought the Orange Box, but I've never played it. Honestly, I only bought the OB for Portal.

Haha! We must participate in the exchanging of Steam IDs, although I'm not entirely sure how the hell they work other than telling other people that I'm playing X-Com or TF2.
Actually, thats a lie, I'm not sure how to make it tell you I'm playing X-Com.
...
I'm not entirely sure how the Steam ID works either, to be honest.

This thread has outlived its usefulness, so I'm locking it. ... The TF2 Guest Pass expired. Edit: OK, I lied, I guess I can't lock threads in the GLE forum? I learn something new every day.

Hell, I'm not sure if I can lock threads here I'd imagine the Gooses, Llamas, Emus forum is as open as nature to alllow threads to mutate into such oddities as said gooses, llamas, and emus. But the fact that the TF2 guess pass has expired pretty much changes the tone of this thread. Now it's about what I ORIGINALLY thought this thread was gonna be about:

I have very fond memories of those games, especially the music. The music really set the tone for the fun platforming. I was always a NES fanboy growing up and so Mario was my gold standard but Bonk was accepted by me immediately whereas I still have a "complicated relationship" with Sonic despite eventually becoming a Sega fan thanks to Saturn/Dreamcast But Bonk rules

Yeah I have a pretty good track record of old systems hanging on (Though when they do break, they often break at the WORST times ) That TG-16 is fit as a fiddle ;D
