Geese and moto fail because of their crappy memories in regards to how I handled results for the EPIC MATCHES for McPro, but the overwhelming opinion stands - OK, consider that changed.
Unless I decide not to.
You'll probably know which matches I decide not to.

I have to agree with the others about the match results... but not only for EPIC MATCHES. If I watch a show, I want to watch it to see how it goes in a match between X and Y, without being told before the match that X won at 13:22 with a spoiled cabbage. And if you only do it for certain matches, then you spoil the fact that those matched do have shenanigans etc. The main event isn't the only match on a card, and I want to watch a wrestling show, not a highlights package, even if the matches are abbreviated.
Just my opinion, of course...

Haha, I actually DO remember you using results before the match but I don't entirely remember why I didn't bring it to your attention then. Could be cause I didn't really want to mess with your style at all since McPro is completely your fed and I felt it was part of your overall vision for your fed. But I also think that I simply didn't envision it as much of an issue as I do now and that my mind changed about it. Speaking of minds changing, I think that I'm gonna have to revise my earlier point due to an excellent point DK brought up. My whole idea about preventing predictability kinda comes crashing down if only the "angled" or "epic" matches get the results at the end. Cause the second we don't see the results at the start of a match, we know there's a good chance that this match will contain a big angle which then robs the match of that surprise factor. So I think it should be a uniform choice of keeping the results at the end for every match, so that we can go into every match with equal expectations of what can and can't happen. Something else I kinda neglected to realize until now (so if its an issue to anyone, my bad for not realizing this and having a discussion before the show). I wonder how people feel about Joe writing their dialogue in the way he did (in two different ways) for Jenna and Shino? For Jenna he gave more of a summary style dialogue whereas for Shino he gave more of a direct quote. Do you want Joe to contact you in advance to ask you for a promo? Or are you ok with him directly quoting or paraphrasing, basically writing to some extent for your character? I expect everyone to have slightly different answers here. Having worked with Joe for a while myself and him knowing my characters (often an understatement since many times he's helped form many of them through his insights) I'm happy with him doing either. But for some of you who haven't yet had the chance to really work with him..OR for many of you who have recently debuted a character and are still kinda explaining/showing how they are, then you may have different answers. So let's all give him some input on your choices and "opt" in or out on him handling dialogue for you. (I guess, to that extent, the same goes for me hoping that everyone offers feedback on how their character was used overall.) Your answers now don't have to be permanent and you can feel free to PM him or post here.

For the moment, I don't want to mess with Joe's writing, but if he needs Lina to say anything, I'm glad to write it or at least help. I totally understand if he wants to write it himself, though.

I don't mind. Sometimes it works perfectly, sometimes we get to see a slightly different take on our characters.

I'd prefer having some input on my own characters really, if only a chance to tweak dialogue if I don't feel it works.

I wouldn't mind some input at least for Gutter. Not that I had any problems at all with her debut, but for things like promos.
Team Chuu Chuu is simple enough: Engrish and constant giggling. Linda Parker is good enough too. As long as the basic voices are down, it's cool.

I come back from my trip to see points people want to see stressed, so let me comment as I can: Firstly, I want all of you to PM me with ideas with thoughts, with everything you have in mind for your characters on Amplitude. My job as show writer is to express the characters in the ways you've shown through edit making and/or promo-ing. I may see your character in a perspective you wanted to show more depth to but didn't quite know how to grasp yet... and when that happens, FUCKYES I am being awesome at my job. Secondly, Thirdly, give me input because I like getting PMs.

I mean, feedback is fun ;D I mean, you might all think PAX is about games and Penny Arcade, but Snake had a workshop on snapping necks and stealth. I learned some stuff, guys. REALLY THOUGH, I went to a "Writing for Games" workshop hosted by Ron Gilbert, and it was educational as fuck.
