House shows?

Ok,
So the incoming Class of 2007 is starting to take shape and we STILL have a lot of wrestlers from the previous "Classes" that warrant getting more time and attention given to them from OG-Joshi.
While Voltage is going to be given to OG-Joshi, that turn over won't be 100% complete til May. As there are still some lingering OG-FPD issues that need to be attended to before OG-Joshi gets FULL control over Voltage. And even THEN, regularly running more then 4 matches per show isn't very likely.
Plus, I still sometimes feel like some talent does not get as much exposure as they deserve to be getting. And not JUST match video exposure either. While that is the case, I don't think this potential House Show solution addresses that narrow problem cause I don't expect to do videos for untelevised house shows. But just keeping the push, character, story, and fan reactions going for certain wrestlers may be cool. Even if it's just like a 3-4 match house show with a paragraph per match.
So my question is, what do you guys think about OG-Joshi running House shows?
The biggest positive is what I said above about giving wrestlers increased exposure and keeping them in the public light. I feel bad that some wrestlers have been neglected in the last year. We have such a full TALENTED roster brimming with potential from everyone, especially those who I haven't lately had the time to showcase. So I feel it would be cool to at least bring some of them to a "slow boil" on house shows so that we can easily then call them back up to Voltage and PPV's without needing too much extra "heat rehab." And then there are the new wrestlers that I want to give some match experience too as well.
The biggest negative is that people don't always care about short write-ups. But that of course varies per person and is why I want your opinions! I don't expect to just straight transcribe the matches though, cause that would be tedious and boring for all of us IMO. Mainly cause I'm not a great writeup-er, but also cause if I see a great FPR match, I might as well have video captured it then just transcribed it. So I think what I'd do is have a small paragraph for each match where I focus half on story and half on action (plus one cup of sugar, mix and bake for an hour). But I'm not sure if this would really interest you guys.
There is also another potential negative and that's that certain wrestlers could be "relegated" to house shows. But for those that aren't getting regular show attention now, I'd imagine house shows would be better then nothing. Still, I don't want to use it as a mental crutch for my own booking BUT if all went as planned, the idea of house shows keeping people's heat "simmering" would allow me to more easily get them back on Voltage then I am able to now. It would seem less random for them to get a big Voltage match (after not appearing there for a while) if they were winning smaller house show ones and entertaining/angering fans along the way. And house show feuds could get Voltage time as well.
So let me know what you all think about this. In terms of scheduling, the next Voltage is set for March 18th. Then we have a Voltage every other week. I'm not entirely sure that schedule will stick or if I'll need to spread it out a bit more. But I would probably start off slow with the house shows and do them every other week or every second week in between shows. So yeah, input, criticism, rantings?
