Re: Alicia Gordon/Juli Krieger, LAWL, Voltage, 12/13 Show
This weekend I was contacted by Juli Krieger's representatives regarding Alicia Gordon's open challenge for next weekend's Voltage on November 12th. Juli Krieger has agreed to face Alicia and has suggested a "Last Woman Standing" match. Alicia has consented to the match stipulation and I have made it the main event. I will note that both Alicia and I have suspicions as to the duration of time Juli has started training for this match before contacting us about it. But Alicia is not asking for more time nor is she backing down.
I also would like to praise those OG-Joshi wrestlers that participated in the HaLAWLoween show last week. Since the DVD has just been released, I will not give away the results. But each OG-Joshi wrestler in a match was very impressive and should be proud of their performance. That goes for Kat Black, Angelica Hyde, and the aforementioned Alicia Gordon. That does NOT go for the antics of OG-Joshi Champion Holly and her new "understudy" Sandy Morton. I would ask in the future that Holly represent herself outside the ring in the matter befitting her in-ring OG-Joshi Championship status, but I have long realized she is incapable of doing so.
In any case, I am excited to draw everyone's attention back to Voltage as we will pick up where we left off before the "Donnybrook" PPV. Two OG-Joshi Tag Team Championship Tournament matches are signed for Voltage in addition to the match between Alicia and Juli. And OrochiGeese has promised a number of important announcements for OG-FPD fans as well. We are a little more then one month away from the 3 Year Anniversary PPV, and we expect that the matches and overall atmosphere over the next two Voltages will become increasingly competitive as a result within both OG-FPD and OG-Joshi.
Also of note is that the Anniversary PPV will have eight matches rather then six. Those remaining will be announced over the next three weeks as OG and I decide which matches are best suited for the show.
