Amplitude/Voltage split

I just finished working on two documents: An OG-Joshi "Booking Priority" list and a new roster split.
I made a booking priority list for UBL about a month or two ago and it's really been helped me out a lot in organizing shows and making sure everyone active and with a story gets booked. So I figured it would help here. It's not so much a hierarchy of rank as much as it is a reminder of who is active, who the main edits are for each active and inactive handler and what stories require what level of booking frequency for each edit. This is for my personal use and I think it will help out a lot, but I won't be posting it.
I also devised a new roster split list that splits things more evenly in terms of size and energy. Since just about every new edit has automatically gone to Amplitude and we haven't had too many "graduations", it's led to a huge imbalance. The main women of each roster will stay (certainly Champions, LOL) but I've sent some new girls with active handlers over to Voltage in an attempt to inject some new life there.
I'm also considering all dedicated tag team edits as "Floaters" between the two brands. They can appear on either show as well as O's TV. There are now 10 dedicated tag teams and as a lot of the newer ones are from active people, it's time to really allow them all to wrestle each other. That means I will be able to just stick teams in open slots when needed and it will lead to more dynamic matchups. Will the Voltage/Amplitude line get blurred as a result? Yeah but that isn't a huge concern to me, or just one I recognize as a byproduct of other changes I feel are a higher priority. I also have a few enhancement talent "floaters" as they are always needed from time to time to be fed to people on both shows.
As for how I'm going to implement this in storylines, it will be different then the UBL Reserve/Front Lines "exchange" I've started. Amplitude is a more established roster then the Front Lines and really has it's own show and now Champion. While I'm not going for the Raw/Smackdown thing here, I see Voltage/Amplitude as somewhere between that and Reserves/Front Lines. So I don't want anyone in Voltage to feel 'demoted' after losing a match cause that would hurt the Amplitude brand's image. (which is the last thing I want to do after establishing its title in my favorite match at Illumination!) Rather, this will be a stipulated "shuffle the deck" trade that Jean will organize and announce. (giving her more responsibility in OG-Joshi as well which I think is good.) No big 2 hour shows focused around a trade though, nothing like that. Just an announcement (Coach's Corner) and a new roster put up. It won't be final and if I see I need to make further adjustments, I will. And at times there will be story recognition of trades.
Of course, I'd like to keep this pretty functional and not have it get in the way of actual material. It's more e-fed meta then anything else. But over the last year I've seen how important it is to keep rosters fluid and not be afraid to re-shuffle a bit when they need it. So there will remain the potential for trades at any time.
After I put up the post-PPV RP's, I'll get the roster list up. And then show schedules
